The auto power save feature might be active.
- If you are not using an AC adapter, after starting up your computer, disconnect the audio interface (USB cable), wait about 10 seconds, and then reconnect it to your computer.
- If you are using an AC adapter (or AC power), after starting up your computer, disconnect the audio interface (USB cable), turn off the power on the audio interface itself, or unplug the AC adapter, wait about 10 seconds, then turn the power back on or reconnect the AC adapter, and connect the USB cable to your computer.
※ If you do not want to use the auto power save feature, please turn it off from the control panel on the interface itself.
