The method for extracting ZIP files (compressed files) varies depending on your OS version.
If you are using extraction software other than the standard Windows extraction tool, please check with the software manufacturer or your computer manufacturer.
A. Windows 10, 8.1
A-1. Right-click the compressed file
・If "Extract All" is in the list that appears.
Left-click "Extract All".
・If "Extract All" is not in the list that appears.
Left-click "Open with",
Left-click "Explorer" and then left-click "OK".
The contents of the compressed file will be displayed, left-click the "Extract" tab, and then left-click "Extract All".
・If neither "Extract All" nor "Open with" is in the list that appears.
Left-click "Open" to display the contents of the compressed file.
Create a new folder on the desktop or elsewhere, and copy the contents of the compressed file to extract them.
A-2. From "Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders"
Check the box next to "Show extracted files when complete" and left-click "Extract".
A-3. The folder with the extracted files will be displayed.
B. Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11
B-1. Right-click the compressed file…
・If "Extract All" is in the list that appears.
Left-click "Extract All".
・If "Extract All" is not in the list that appears.
Left-click "Open with",
Left-click "Explorer" and then left-click "OK".
The contents of the compressed file will be displayed, left-click "Extract all files".
B-2. From "Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders"
Check the box next to "Show extracted files when complete" and left-click "Extract".
B-3. The folder with the extracted files will be displayed.
